2. Users and permissions
Give each colleague the access they need through Settings → Team. Choose their account role, then add them to the workspaces where they will handle conversations.
Admins manage the business and team. Members work in their assigned workspaces. Account roles and workspace membership are separate settings.
Invitations
- Select Invite.
- Enter Email and choose Role: Admin or Member.
- Select Invite and have the person complete acceptance.
- Add them to the relevant workspace's Members.
User management
Use the available actions for the user's current state:
- Resend / Revoke: manage a pending invitation.
- Sign out: sign out an existing user.
- Remove: remove an eligible user from the business.
- Reinstate: restore a removed user with the selected role.
Removal reserves the account identity; it does not free the email address for another business.

Seats and admin requirements
Free includes two seats; paid plans display unlimited seats with an operational ceiling of 1,000. The app prevents removing or demoting the last admin. Check the account's displayed seat usage before sending invitations or reinstating users.
Business approval and blocking
Approval permits gated customer-email sending, WhatsApp template actions and help-centre publication when the other prerequisites are met. Withdrawing it removes those permissions and pauses public help-centre availability. Blocking is broader: it restricts business operation and detaches WhatsApp connections. Unblocking does not automatically reconnect a detached channel. Approval and blocking are independent states and do not mean Meta verification.
