1. Manage business details

Keep your business name, logo and timezone current so your account reflects your organisation and uses the right local operating hours.

An Admin can update these details in Settings → Business.

Business details

1. Edit Business name.
2. Use Logo to upload an image or Remove to clear it.
3. Choose Timezone.
4. Select Save.

Use a plain business name of no more than 80 characters. Name validation rejects URLs, email addresses and unsuitable control or markup characters.

Timezone

The business timezone determines how business hours are interpreted and how report dates are grouped. Report date controls also involve your browser timezone, so check both when investigating boundary differences.

Account deletion

Delete business opens a confirmation dialog requiring the business name. Schedule deletion schedules the account removal rather than merely changing its display state. Review the date and notices shown in the app and arrange any necessary data handling before proceeding. Cancelling a scheduled deletion is distinct from restoring data after deletion has completed.

Approval and blocking

Blocking, approval and deletion are separate controls. If your business is blocked or awaiting approval, contact support; changing its name does not clear those restrictions.
