4. Developer settings
Send workspace notices to Slack so your team can spot new human work and usage warnings alongside its other updates.
Open Settings → Developer with an Admin account. The current integration uses a Slack incoming webhook. Widget identity signing is managed separately under Settings → Widget.
Slack connection
- Select the workspace if a selector is shown.
- Enter Slack incoming webhook URL in the Slack card.
- Select Save.
- Select Test, then check Slack after Converso confirms the test is queued.
- Select Remove and confirm when the workspace should stop posting notices.
Supported notices
The integration posts notices for:
- A new human conversation.
- An AI handoff.
- A usage warning.
It is not a general outbound event API. Treat the webhook URL as a credential and keep it out of public documentation, screenshots and browser examples.
Credential replacement
To replace a credential, obtain the replacement through the provider's reviewed process, save it in Converso and test delivery. Removing it from Converso stops this integration's use of the URL; provider-side revocation is separate.
API availability
There are no public API-key creation, rotation or revocation controls here. Do not use authenticated staff endpoints as a documented public integration API.
