1. Understand your usage and charges
Check your plan and available capacity in Settings → Billing with an Admin account. This is the place to review renewal information and usage across your business.
Credits, seats, workspaces, knowledge storage and attachment storage are separate allowances. Reaching one limit does not mean you have used them all.
Plan and usage
The account summary shows Seats, Workspaces, Included credits and Knowledge base. Included credits displays used credits against the period allowance, with Resets showing its renewal date. Subscription notices can show a payment failure or the date access ends after cancellation.

Free is an ongoing plan, not a trial. It includes two seats and one workspace and does not include WhatsApp or domain imports. Paid plans include WhatsApp and domain sources. All workspaces share the business allowance.
Plan changes
- Review Compare plans.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly under Upgrade.
- Select the offered plan and review checkout before paying.
- Use Manage billing when available to manage the subscription.
Use the prices and currency displayed in your account. When comparing plans, keep these rules in mind:
- Credits still have monthly periods with yearly billing.
- Credit-pack top-ups and rollover balances are not available.
- A downgrade can block additions above the new limits, but does not delete existing workspaces or stored material.
